Welcome to Washington Fire Chiefs

It is with deep regret and sadness that Washington's Fire Service family announces the death of one of its own - Chief Daniel Packer.

Chief Packer died Saturday, July 26th, while fighting a wildland fire in California. A website has been set up by East Pierce Fire & Rescue to provide information for those wishing to pay their respects.
